CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Policies At Lashed by Jill LLC, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a seamless experience for all clients, please review the following policies prior to booking. Deposits & Cancellations Any full set, outside work fill, or lash lift service will require a deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total on the day of service. Reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance will have their deposit transferred to the new appointment. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged the full service amount to the card on file. To make changes to your appointment, please contact us via phone or Instagram. Credit Card Policy A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Aside from your deposit, your card will not be charged unless a cancellation or no-show occurs in accordance with the above policy. Arrival Policy Please arrive promptly for your appointment. Arrivals 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time will be required to reschedule and will be charged the full service amount. We recommend allowing extra time for parking to ensure a relaxed start to your visit. Appointment Preparation To achieve the best results, please arrive completely makeup-free, including for fill appointments. Lashes must be clean and free of any residue prior to your service. Fill Policy To preserve the quality and longevity of your extensions, please schedule fills within the recommended timeframes: Regular Fills: Must be booked within 2–3.5 weeks from your previous full set or fill. Fill+ Appointments: Ideal for clients who prefer additional time, experienced heavier shedding, or extended slightly beyond the usual timeframe. Please note: if it has been more than 4 weeks since your last appointment, this will be considered a Full Set. Mini Fills: Designed as quick touch-ups within 1 week of your last fill. These sessions are for minor maintenance and cannot replace a regular fill. After 4 Weeks: Any fills scheduled beyond 4 weeks are automatically considered a Full Set and must be booked accordingly. To qualify for a fill, at least 50% of your extensions must remain. If less than 50% remain and your appointment exceeds its scheduled duration, an up-charge may apply. Please note that if another client is scheduled immediately after, your appointment will end at the designated time and fullness may vary. Aftercare & Fix Policy Your satisfaction and lash health are our top priorities. If you experience abnormal shedding within 3 days of your appointment, please contact us immediately so we can schedule a complimentary touch-up. Concerns reported after 3 days will be treated as a fill service and priced accordingly.
